Co-Centric was born from change and built to manage and succeed through it.
The landscape of business and social impact has always shifted with new governments and priorities, waxing and waning economic forces, and new and legacy players emerging and converging. Recent changes have had unprecedented effects on business and social impact eco-systems. This level of change has led to hard decisions and new opportunities.
We see a surge of organizations and individuals attempting to shake off old ways of working and seeking to be differently empowered to embrace new ideas and partnerships. Stephen Rahaim: Founder & Principal
Stephen has lived experience working in markets and communities across more than 20 countries. He has advised and collaborated with start-ups and innovators at all stages, multi-national and emerging market companies and non-profits, government agencies, development finance institutions, foundations, investors, and strategic philanthropists. His focus has always been to deliver intelligent growth and enduring positive impact through collaboration and a well-honed knowledge of what works. Stephen brings clients deep experience in strategic planning, partnership development, business development, product design, and go-to-market strategies, among other aspects of Co-Centric’s offering.

Select Clients
Unimed: Stephen is the Country Director for Unimed Americas Inc., the sister company to the UK based UnimedPS, acting in a fractional capacity. He leads strategy development and execution, manages existing client relationships, leads exploration of new customer segments for the procurement services business, and is developing new partnerships to accelerate the company’s growth of new system strengthening service offerings.
Datamuse: Datamuse is advancing an accelerator for circular economy social business models in India, with an eye to adapt and expand to other countries. Co-Centric is working directly with the founder and leadership to drive enterprise development, help refine their business model and plan, position and engage with impact investors, donors and philanthropists.
Heudia Health: Heudia Health is a late stage innovator providing high impact tools for health care and social service providers in the US, to coordinate care across a closed loop network using a platform as a service model. Co-Centric is working directly with the CEO and founder as a fractional business development and partnership executive. We’re rethink and refine Heudia’s approach for engaging new clients, accelerating new engagements, and supporting new investment for the company.
FHI360: FHI360 has continued to lead some of the most impactful work addressing infectious diseases around the world through the global STRIDES project, focused on global health security. Co-Centric provides broad support to stakeholder engagement, activity design and work planning, ensuring the project is well aligned to realities on the ground and leveraging local resources and partners best placed to advance this important work.
